| For some years now, Speakers of Bromley has been assisting local voluntary groups in the development of their clients. During that period, the club has received a number of grants from Bromley Arts Council, the Bromley Community Fund, two grants from Awards for All and two grants from the European Social Fund. Now that the club has its own professional standard resources it is in a position to directly undertake projects in social inclusion and community development. The communications skills workshop project funded by the ESF was nominated for an award in Adult Learners Week, May 2005. |
